Are you frustrated because you love your career but you feel invisible and powerless to effect change and improve patient care? This webinar series is about getting back your power! The nurses I’ve invited to contribute a chapter to the new book, “From Frustrated to Fulfilled: The Empowered Nurses’ System”, loved their profession but realized that something was not quite right with nursing. They found a way to rise above the problems in nursing and create a meaningful and fulfilling life to themselves. In each of these interviews they’re going to share the tools that worked for them so you can add them to your toolbox. These webinars are each only 30-minutes long and you can listen to them anywhere and at anytime that’s convenient for you! (Even on your smartphone during a break at work – if you get one!) Just make sure you sign-up now so you get access to this career and even life-changing information!
“From Frustrated to Fulfilled: The Empowered Nurses’ System”
Here’s What Each Author Will Share With You:
Lorie Brown, RN, MN, JD Editor of “From Frustrated to Fulfilled: The Empowered Nurses’ System” Lorie pulled together an incredible group of nurses to share their stories with you! During these video interviews, she asks thought-provoking questions to find out how they were able to empower their careers and their lives. Then she gets them to reveal their favorite tips and strategies so you too can find fulfillment in nursing. Lorie Brown, who not only edited the book but wrote the chapter on, Using Your GIFTS to Empower Yourself, has maintained her life-long love of the nursing profession. The frustrating limitations caused by antiquated rules, nursing culture, and even unit status quo caused Lorie to shift her focus to law and, for over 23 years, she’s been representing nurses and other health professionals. In 2012, she founded Empowered Nurses (ENO) and subsequently wrote her book, “Law And Order For Nurses: The Easy Way to Protect your License and Your Livelihood”, providing resources, tips and strategies on protecting nursing licenses and tools for empowering nurses to do their jobs with confidence, focus on serving their patients, and regain the joy in the profession they love.
